INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tablespoon finely diced shallot
  • 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small jar and shake well to combine.
