Michigan State University Insect Management Guide for Dry Beans

Michigan State University’s New Insect Management Guide for Michigan Dry Bean Producers 

EAST LANSING (May 6, 2020) – Just in time for the 2020 dry bean field season MSU Field Crops Entomologist Dr. Chris DiFonzo and Dry Bean Specialist Scott Bales have published a new guide for insect management in dry beans!

This guide consist of six separate tables for use. These tables cover the time of pest pressure, common plant damage, pest life cycle information, scouting thresholds, and insecticide registered for use in Michigan.  A complete copy of the guide is available at the link below!
