This salsa is a tasty blend of fruits, veggies and Michigan Beans that’s delicious with tortilla chips or on top of grilled seafood, poultry and more!

Ingredients

1 (15.5 ounce) can Michigan White Beans, drained and rinsed
1 jalapeno, seeded if desired and minced
1 cup pineapple, diced
1 cup strawberries, diced
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
Juice of one lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
