An incredibly tasty and affordable recipe to enjoy for lunch or dinner.
Makes 2-3 servings
- 1 can (15 oz.) can Michigan Chili Seasoned Beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can drained fiesta-style corn
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes with onion
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper, if desired
- Instant brown rice
- Combine all ingredients, except rice, in a medium saucepan. Heart thoroughly and serve over cooked brown rice.
- Top with diced avocado and shredded cheese if desired.
