An incredibly tasty and affordable recipe to enjoy for lunch or dinner.
Makes 2-3 servings


  • 1 can (15 oz.) can Michigan Chili Seasoned Beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can drained fiesta-style corn
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes with onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper, if desired
  • Instant brown rice


  1. Combine all ingredients, except rice, in a medium saucepan. Heart thoroughly and serve over cooked brown rice. 
  2. Top with diced avocado and shredded cheese if desired.
