Kids of all ages will enjoy this healthy cookie dough dip make with beans and almond butter – so simple and SO delicious!

Ingredients

1 (15.5 ounce) can Michigan Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup agave nectar
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon coarse Salt
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (except chocolate chips) into a food processor and process on low until smooth. If the batter has warmed up, let cool before mixing in chocolate chips.
  2. Serve with animal crackers, graham crackers, or enjoy with a spoon!
